SICIHR founded in April of 2007, SICIHR was the first privately owned HR company in Vancouver, Canada specifically licensed to assist foreign-invested firms. Our Objective is to serve as a bridge between foreign-invested enterprises and talented people so that all may contribute to the international economy. Our Goal is to be the number one global-oriented human resources company serving international firms in the Vancouver area. The Scope of Our Business is to introduce talented people to foreign capital enterprises, provide third party staffing, act as your human resources proxy, and offer translation and training services.

HR Services

SICIHR maintains a strict code of confidentiality regarding all services, communications, and information relating to employment commissions. To date, many foreign-invested firms have chosen to trust SICIHR for professional experienced and entry-level employees, screened based on the needs and standards of your company. Recommendations continue until a position is filled with no fees prior to successful placement.
With a candidate database of hundreds of university graduates we strictly observe all privacy laws regarding personal information of people who choose to register with us. Services to candidates are free of charge.
SICIHR provides placement services to foreign-invested firms but does not engage in head-hunting.

Human Affairs

SICIHR can act as your human affairs office providing full professional human affairs services relating to Canadian employees. We can disburse payroll, provide general employee bookkeeping for deductions such as social security, insurance, housing funds, and employee taxes. We consolidate your payroll accounting and handle employee documentation.

Translation

Professional business translation services for meetings, seminars, or local information. (English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Thai, Laos, Japanese, Tagalog, Russian, Spanish, Tae Chow)
Translation services are conducted under a strict guarantee of confidentiality.
